修改了一下user模块翻译

在这里下载的user-module.po(v1.2)，用POEdit做了些润色修改，本来想放到kzeng那里，结果好象不能上传文件，就先放在这里，kzeng看一下做个参考，能用的留着，不能用的再改吧：）Drupal好象不能上传.po后缀文件，所以我把文件改作user-module-po.txt，下载时另存为user-module.po就好了。

这个模块也有同样的单复数问题，我做了同样的改动。

刚刚发现‘帮助-用户’里的大段说明虽然都翻译了，但导入后还是英文，不知是什么原因，先这样吧。
