我的经历，从BUYER 到SELLER (转载：作者Senvens七七)

这是大米在mitbbs living版看到的一个自己在湾区卖房买房的故事，原作者sevens（七七）。作者从3月23号到4月15号三个多星期的时间里分28个帖子详细讲述了自己在3月间卖房的经历，包括了很多细节和买卖双方心理的分析，由于是新鲜热辣的经历同时作者又有房地产经纪的执照，所以可读性很好而且信息量很大。如果你在考虑买房或卖房，相信此文会很有帮助。

大米征得了七七的同意，把这个故事转贴在这里，希望更多的朋友看到。由于原文是贴在bbs上，所以28个帖子有长有短，分段也比较随意，但不影响故事的可读性。大米也完全保留了原文的段落结构，并且没有对原文内容作任何修改(包括可能的typo和大小写混用)。但是为了方便转贴，冒昧的将原文分成6部分（实在是好长的文章：），同时每部分加了个小标题，以方便阅读。
